Take one month of the year and send cards to those who are experiencing various life events i.e. births, deaths, marriages, illnesses, etc. The cards are sent to those listed on the Wednesday prayer sheet or mentioned during Sunday morning pastoral prayer time. All cards and postage are provided.
Help decorate and set up for Women’s Ministry events throughout the year.
Set tables, prepare and serve drinks, and clean up tables afterward for various church events and functions, including funerals. Time commitment varies by function but will be estimated when a request is sent out.

Provide food for funeral meals, meals for new parents, and snacks for our care ministries.
Welcome guests to one or two Women’s Ministry events during the year and do some follow-up with women who are new to Grace Church by helping them connect with other ladies, as well as Women’s Ministry and the larger church.
Assist kitchen managers in preparing food for various church events and functions. This does not include funerals or wedding receptions. Time commitment varies by function but will be estimated when a request is sent out.
Ladies who enjoy sewing for a purpose i.e. missions, the church, etc., as well as fellowship around sewing projects are invited to join this monthly gathering on every third Tuesday, 10 AM, at the church. Email Melody Jones with any questions.
Assist the wedding reception manager with setting the tables, kitchen responsibilities, food serving, and cleaning up for wedding receptions held at the church. Time commitment varies but will be estimated when a request is sent out.
